Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission Approves Plans For Uline Expansion
Pleasant Prairie, WI (WLIP)–At its meeting on September 16, 2024, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission approved Uline’s Final Site and Operational Plans for a fourth headquarters building. The 366,000-square-foot office facility, to be located at 9900 128th Avenue in Prairie Highlands Corporate Park, will house up to 1,300 employees and is set to be completed by spring 2026.
The project, which received conditional approval from the Village Board in January 2024, has been progressing steadily, with preliminary plans approved in April and early site work already underway. The three-story building will feature office space, conference rooms, dining and fitness areas, along with a 3,950-square-foot detached utility building, designed to complement Uline’s existing headquarters.
The architectural plans include precast panels, extensive use of glass, and a standing seam metal roof, with additional Lannon stone to be incorporated into landscaping and retaining walls. The site will offer parking for over 1,000 vehicles, and 65 percent of the 44.8-acre property will remain open space, exceeding local standards.
“This marks another significant step in Uline’s expansion within the Village of Pleasant Prairie,” said Robert Hanson, the village’s Community Development Director. “We are pleased to see Uline’s continued growth and commitment to the community.”
