Ex-Kenosha Pastor Faces Additional Charges For The Alleged Capturing of Intimate Images
KENOSHA, Wis. (WLIP) — A former pastor at a Kenosha church faces multiple felony charges for allegedly capturing intimate images of a woman without her consent, authorities said Friday.
Gabriel E. Mills, 41, was charged with 10 counts of capturing an intimate representation without consent, according to a criminal complaint filed in Kenosha County Circuit Court.
The complaint alleges that Mills, who worked at Journey Church, used his position to access an employee’s work computer and obtain intimate photos and videos of the employee’s wife between October 2023 and September 2024.
Prosecutors say Mills confessed to the employee on Sept. 30, admitting he had accessed the employee’s text messages and transferred an intimate photo of the employee’s wife to his own phone.
A subsequent investigation uncovered multiple photos and videos on Mills’ phone, created or modified on Aug. 12, 2024, depicting the victim in various states of undress, the complaint states.
Authorities also found a video from October 2023 that appears to show Mills transferring images from the employee’s computer, according to the complaint.
Each count against Mills is a Class I felony, carrying a maximum penalty of 3 1/2 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Mills was initially arrested on Sept. 30 on two similar charges in a separate case.
The current charges came after police issued a press release seeking additional victims.
